I haven’t read all the books yet, but I felt like the reason Dany wanted to take the iron throne was because it was the only thing she had, her brother was dead, her husband and child were dead, with only her dragons, Jorah and a handfull of people, the throne was the only thing that could drive her.
To have her say that she wants the throne “to take it back from the people who destroyed her family” sounds wrong to me 🤷🏻♀️
