I always liked the aus where leafy loses her memories. So in this one, instead of a death penalty TB and GB finds a way to supress evil leafy through erasing leafy's memories and instructed everybody to ignore/avoid her so they wouldn't trigger evil leafy to appear.

End of chapter one (oh my goshhhhh we did it!!!)

Okay okay so there will be an interlude, just two lil follow ups to this but for the most part Im gonna get started on smaller stuff and requests while I rewrite chapter 2!! Ive got the bones but it needs polishing. As it is we've got like a month and a half ahead here so I will be slowing down. Finishing the animatic (and maybe another heehee). Maybe some human designs, other ships, aaa idk theres so much to draw!

To clarify! This comic started on tiktok, since I've come back from Da Hiatus though I've only posted here because tiktok is kinda a huge pain about posting consistently. I wanted to make sure the chapter was done before I posted again there, but Ill still be here wayyy ahead of tiktok. I will! Take a break between chapter 1 and 2 to work on lil animatics and rewrite chapter 2 though. Again Im sorry I love you tumblr dot com

Tried to claw myself out of an art funk by brute force. Doodled a bunch of mons to try to get the bad vibes out of me.

I've been in a state where I feel like I've forgotten how to enjoy actually drawing. Not that I hate it but I've become ambivalent towards it. I feel like I got myself stuck on needing to make art that looks good. This line isn't right, this color is slightly off.

I think I'm just exhausted of being too critical about my own art. So I decided to try to let myself stay loose and doodle out some drawings. I ended up doodling this blipbug I like enough to color it.

And then decided to draw more. Admittedly it got a bit much after a point. More so being stubborn and wanting to fill the page than it is actually enjoying myself necessarily, but it's progress I think.

Oh, Hello!

Long time no see!! Dipping my toe back into Bickel. As Ive said on here back in September I cut my hand and needed 8 (youch!) stitches. That made drawing incredibly difficult, but I pushed through. Then in October my friend died, that's when I decided to take a break. In November my fiancé broke his leg and was out of work for a month, January my brother got into a serious car crash, thankfully walking away with only a broken toe (insane luck roll, he wrapped his car around a cement light pole) in February I moved to a new town! Here we are in March, and I've finally had a chance to breathe. I'll make a follow up post soon discussing the plans for the comic, as some stuff has to change as the show has changed. But I've reallt missed you guys, and Im super excited to be back <3
