Overstimulated

I go to a group. An LGBT group. Not out as MOGAI to them but that's another problem. At group, there's rules. Like don't touch people without permission. And the Q lounge is for quiet because people get overstimulated. There's been new people coming. That don't. Understand. The Rules. I was touched after being overstimulated from noise when all I wanted was gummies to chew on instead of my fingers. The Q lounge wasn't quiet. I feel violated. I want to relapse. I want to cry.
