it's only $5 on Steam and I fucking love it.

I manifest my identity in my dreams, clear for me to discover! So mote it be!
sometimes you just have to make a comfy nest of blankets in a warm room and feel like a creature for a bit
Kin or otherhearted?
this is going to be long and rambly. first things first, I currently just identify as a furry, I don't have a sona yet though. I recently began questioning if I'm part of the otherkin community because of roleplay games where I could be a wolf or a dragon and it felt right, even though it was just on a screen. as I type this, I'm curled up in a neat nest I built under my bed. I just got up to get my homemade plastic chew toy. walking on all fours or crouched down has never felt wrong. my back has always been very sensitive, especially around the base of my neck and the small of my back. I'm wondering if they're developing astral limbs. I like to stretch like canines, create a den like canines, I'm highly territorial about my turf and also food. i hoard stuffies and rocks and drawing utensils/notebooks. once while meditating I had an encounter with a humanoid horned deer entity. that was weird. very intimidating. I'm acrophobic though so I don't know how that works with being dragonkin. I love the wind and rain and storms. thunder and lightning are bad though, make me want to hide. I've been [TW] abused physically [TW] before and that contributes to the need to find a small, safe space to nest. that's all I can think of right now. if any kin have advice, I'd love to hear it.
Quoth the Raven:
Trans Rights
so! this is not finalised but i want to put it out there.
a while ago i came up with this concept:
“Unnamed Term: An identity for people who find it difficult for whatever reason (usually neurodivergency, but not restricted to neurodivergent people) to separate gender from other aspects of their identity. An example is someone who finds it difficult to determine whether they are bluegender, or simply that their favourite colour is blue; someone who finds it difficult to determine if they are an androgyne, or if they are just a masculine cis girl / feminine cis boy; someone who finds it difficult to determine whether they are corvusgender or a crow therian. Can be combined with the relevant terms, e.g. _bluegender, _androgyne, _corvusgender. It can also be for when you can’t figure out if you are attracted to a certain gender / presentation, you are that gender, or you just like the aesthetics of that gender presentation (or all three). For example: a person who doesn’t know if they are a woman, attracted to women and/or femininity, or just likes feminine aesthetics - this person would be _feminine.”
as you can see, it’s unnamed. i proposed it to a discord server, and one of the names they came up with was identivague (from identity + vague). this is not the final name, but it is what i’ll be referring to this as. we had some issues with the fact that using identivague would make the name of identivague+identity too long (e.g. identivaguecorvusgender). there were a lot of other great ideas, such as using symbols (e.g. ?corvusgender) or separating the words (e.g. identivague corvusgender), but no consensus was reached.
anyway, i’ll be thinking about this more & (hopefully) it will eventually be named! in the meantime, it’s free to use. questions & name suggestions are welcome!
@wavership, @mogai-twink / @queer-fairy-bxy (sorry, idk what your mogai blog is & which is your main!) & anyone else who was involved in that discussion in the mogai friends server… remember this?
got an idea for a name? yeet it in here!: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeHT0LaCQIGUGCYOB1qYohEbsjEAdpSRIktO2Z4OgGflO2bFw/viewform?usp=sf_link
I like it! I think due to my autism/depression/OCD I can't separate what I've obsessed over and what I identify as.
Quoiromantic flag
(Quoiromantic: Being unable to define romantic attraction so unable to say whether or not you experience it, being unable to differentiate between platonic and romantic attraction and a few other variations.)
JUST LET ME BE.
Reblog if you are an asexual positive blog, believe asexuals exist, and are willing and able to create a safe space for your asexual friends
As an Asexual myself, YES
As someone who is now 99% sure they might be ace…
YES. THIS. BOTH SIDES NEED TO SEE THIS.
Ace (as well as demi, aro, poly, and many others) ARE a part of the LGBT community. Any that repeat the garbage those on either side of the character in the comic do can screw off and unfollow me. You aren’t an ally if you are cishet and you are just as bad as the homophobic folk if you are in the lgbt group saying that ace don’t belong. you aren’t fighting the real fight. We are all in this together.
And no. I am not interested in discussing this. Full stop. Ace are real, ace belong, and folks that are ace need support too.
I am asexual and I can confirm that it feels like I’m being shunned by both groups
Support all aces!
People who are ace because of dysphoria!
People whose neurodivergency and asexuality are linked!
Aromantic aces!
Alloromantic aces!
Aromantic Allosexuals are Also Valid!
Best Stim Ever
I have,,,a hammock chair. I love it so much. I can spin or rock or sit in really weird positions or kick off of furniture to swing. Best. Stim. Weighted blankets are a close second. Trying to obtain one.
Reid’s Autistic Traits
I was bored, so I decided to make a compilation of sorts on my favorite autistic character, Dr. Spencer Reid. These have been piling up in my files, so prepare for a gif-style infodump.
Stimming
Self-stimulatory behavior often consists of repetitive movements. Reid is frequently seen fidgeting with his hands and other objects. He almost always talks with prominent hand movements. He also frequently touches his face. Reid occasionally spins in chairs, rocks back and forth, etc.
Missing Social Cues/Confusion in Social Situations
Despite his excellent profiling skills, his interactions with strangers and friends often leave Reid confused and causes him issues when trying to connect with people. He will miss jokes and sarcasm, take things literally, and occasionally gets uncomfortable when speaking publicly.
Infodumping, Hyperfocus, Special Interests
Reid’s special interests, as I have observed them, involve general knowledge seeking, criminology, Halloween, old foreign films, and sci-fi. Reid has a more rare trait of autistic people; savantism. If you believe in quantifying intelligence, Reid has an extremely high IQ (187), He also has an eidetic memory and can read 20,000 words per minute. When Reid is working a case, he frequently enters hyperfocus, ignoring everything else around him. Reid often goes into long-winded explanations of things and is oblivious to others’ frustration with his infodumping.
Sensory Issues
Reid doesn’t have as many obvious sensory seeking/avoidant behaviors as many other autistics, but it does manifest every once in a while. Reid is often uncomfortable with touching strangers, especially shaking hands. He has shown sensitivity to bright lights and loud sudden noises. Reid’s clothing choices also reflect his preference to be comfortable.
Coordination/Spatial Issues
Reid tends to display spatial awareness, coordination, and dexterity issues. He prefers academic pursuits, and ridicule in childhood further led to his aversion to physical activity/sports. He has also only very rarely been shown to drive a car, and takes the train to work. This may be due to difficulties with driving ability.
Appearance/Hygiene issues
Many autistic people struggle with basic hygiene and appearance upkeep. Reid’s hair, whether short or long, is almost always messy and unkempt. Reid’s clothes are often disheveled as well.
Trouble Regulating/Expressing Emotions
Reid tends to suppress his emotions much of the time, but when he experiences strong emotions they tend to pour out and seriously effect him in ways that don’t effect the rest of the team. Reid also tends to have odd/exaggerated facial expressions which may be a way of overcompensating for his struggles of expressing himself acceptably.
Additional stuff:
Avoiding Eye Contact
Going Non-Verbal (I’ve only ever seen this happen to Reid once)
Resistant to Change
Sitting Cross-legged (I’m not actually sure if this is an autistic trait but I always sit like this and so does Reid so I thought I’d include it)
So yeah, I hope that was informative. It was fun to make this post! Thanks for reading!
I identify with Reid a lot. Not as smart as he is but still identify with him.
I love Reid, and I relate too. Sitting cross-legged is the best way to stim by rocking!
Overstimulated
I go to a group. An LGBT group. Not out as MOGAI to them but that's another problem. At group, there's rules. Like don't touch people without permission. And the Q lounge is for quiet because people get overstimulated. There's been new people coming. That don't. Understand. The Rules. I was touched after being overstimulated from noise when all I wanted was gummies to chew on instead of my fingers. The Q lounge wasn't quiet. I feel violated. I want to relapse. I want to cry.
I keep forgetting all my stims at home! School is really painful today because I don't have my safety pins or rubber bands. I'm also really dysphoric (yes a dysphoric xenogendered tucute that supports non-dysphoric people) because the dryer broke so I'm wearing tight pants and I feel like it accents my feminine fat distribution :'(
Reblog if you support self diagnosed autistics
There’s been some negativity in the #actuallyautistic tag recently so I wanted to spread some positivity. Keep in mind that it can be really hard to get an autism diagnosis in adulthood. Plus it could be expensive trying to get a diagnosis. There are a lot of reasons that someone doesn’t have an official diagnosis so don’t judge. Self diagnosed autistics are just as valid!
This is great
Happy Autism Awareness day!
Whether you be professionally or self-diagnosed you're valid and accepted!!
