imo I think Jack Frost (bc his name is literally Frosty) but then I just picture Martin Short as Jack Frost bringing a snowman to life and either he is really lonely OR MY FAVORITE THEORY Frosty the snowman is part of some greater evil plan to take down Christmas that Jack Frost is working on.
