Auron from Final Fantasy 10 was my first older male character I fell deeply head over heels for and I wanna appreciate him. He’s so fucking smart and he has so much empathy for the people around him. He’s a great guy, even if he was hurt and had those he loved pried from his life by force. He made a promise to basically babysit his friend’s kid FOR LIKE 10 YEARS. And guess what?
