Hello!

This is something that I have wanted to start for a really long time and I have finally had the time to begin. So where to begin. I am from Texas (no, I don't live on a farm, I HATE the Cowboys and I don't have a 10-gallon hat, although I’ve seen one and I think it’s more like 5...everything is bigger in Texas right? Freakin’ Southerners...) I'm a teenager although in a few years I’ll be an adult so I guess I could drink right now but best wait until I'm in Mexico. My life is pretty hectic, I move around a lot because I'm in the military but don't ask me anything about Aliens because I haven't seen it and I don't really like Sigourney Weaver. I’m back home for the holidays (Merry Christmas, by the way, or if you’re Jewish, Happy Hanukka or if you’re Atheist then cheers)but I’ll be going to my 1stbase next week so wish me luck(that’s just a suggestion don’t actually wishmeluck...one, you don't know me, two, I don't know you and three, that would be weird. Unless you want to and then I would graciously accept). What do I like you ask? I like listening to music, reading books (and menus when I go out to eat), playing my guitar(his name is Steven) and my ukulele (his name is Tiki), I absolutely love taking pictures and I love hearing people’s stories so if you ever need someone to share your adventures with I'm your girl (I’ve been told I'm a good listener but I’ve also been told I'm short-tempered so I'm not sure how I acquired those traits). As far as writing goes, I'm great at creating stories but not writing them down, its kind of like being a great cook but you only know how to cook one thing and it’s Easy Mac-n-Cheese, but I think you’re just a person who knows how to work the microwave. Anyways...I strive to be the best I can be and if cooking Easy Mac is the best I can be then I will push those buttons with all the enthusiasm in the world! Typing is even worse than writing. I type looking down at the keyboard (I fear I will never accomplish the no-look technique) but I type like two words a minute (it’s not that slow but if you must have a visual, picture a sloth on a piece of drift wood, in a pool full of honey,with only a spoon to navigate with). My family consists of a mom and dad and a few siblings. I have a twin which I'm older than by 6 minutes but that’s about all the interesting topics about that subject. Most people wont read this far because I'm a pretty uninteresting person and if you have I’m sorry you wasted your time but I appreciate your dedication. The last bit of info you need to know about me right at this moment is that I’m a dreamer. A big one at that. I hope to write a dozen books and to become the first astronaut on the moon (because lets be honest if we went up there once, in a time were technology was more primitive than it is now, why have we not gone back), I want to experience weightless and the Universe for what it really is, I want to go as far as I can in this world, I want to be a photographer for either Time or National Geographic (even if those photographers are just free-lancers), I want to go to every country in the world and experience the cultures and languages that have been lost or forgotten. I want to make a difference in the world and I hope that whoever is reading this will follow me and share with me the amazing things about the world. It won’t be easy but when was life ever easy. I just hope I’ll have enough interesting things to say to make this blog not boring.

You want HR tools that are fast at work, fast to adopt, and can grow as you grow. Good HR software can make sure the wheels keep turning, and burnout stays away as you manage your 5-person dream team or your 500-person dream machine.

So, no, HR software isn’t boring. Not having it is boring!
