I decided to take up 90 day health challenge, just as Cassey from Blogilates did. She wanted to lose some weight, feel better, and support this change by writing a diary post every day. I got jealous.
So, I’m 5′5 and 156 lbs. That would be 165 cm and 71 kg. That’s not that cool, but not terrible either. I just can’t really go north of it. I would be super cool to get down to 65, and man, If only I could ever reach 60 kg. That would be terrific.
I am not a couch potato, I spent last few months on a long walks every day. It was always like so. I just need to get moving every day. But I am only occasionally catching up some regular exercising. Since a 2-3 weeks I have a nice routine going on. I jog 2-3 times a week. I go on walks. I exercise a bit. I do a daily challenge. So it’s pretty solid in this department. I would like to keep it up - and remember to do 1-2 harder workouts per week.|
When it comes to food, I just love eating. I love it as a comfort food for my worries, I love it like a reward. I like to eat nice and healthy things. but I don’t avoid cake or a burger. I’ve been less strict on snacks since I moved in with my sweets eating roommate. I try to get enough water but that’s not always the case.
My plans
Nothing strict and particular. I hate diets or written routines. Usually having to do stuff and tick them off looks too much as a work to me. And then I do everything not to do it. I want to get to know my habits more. And reinforce that routine I have.
I would like to drink enough water daily, switch chocolate and snacks for fruits. And that might be it.
Ending on 6th March, my strong goal is to write every day no matter what.
