Oh it'd be all different kids. If Joffrey, Myrcella, and Tommen exist, it's because Cersei named her kids that way, but they'd have a different father, whether it's Robert or someone else Cersei found. They'd probably have different personalities too, although Joffrey would likely still be a spoiled brat. But they aren't going to be the ones we know.
