Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh awesome find and great photo! It’s an ice crawler, probably in the genus Grylloblatta. Ice crawlers are in the order Notoptera along with rock crawlers. Both are wingless insects. Highly recommend submitting this to iNaturalist.org. Even on iNat, these are not a common bug, with literally only 47 observations in the world for the whole order.
How funny is it that the order Notoptera consists of one group of insects whose scientific name means "cricket roach" and another whose name means "mantis stick insect"? They're trying to be real bugs. They're trying
