I thought I would revive my install of The Sims 4 for some fun ideas.

I ended up bagging the whole thing and uninstalling both the game and the launcher.

I got tired of having to spend two days to sort out mods that cause the game to break update after update. Tired of being assaulted by 'recommendations' and ads in the menu and in the game itself. Tired of old bugs still around after many years, like sudden death by starvation or death when sims get too excited.

I don't know why I spent so much time and money over the years to keep this game around.

Time to move on to more untouched games in my Steam gallery.
