I didn’t pay attention on Sunday the 9th to Tube closures for regular maintenance and when faced with a closed Marylebone station and Circle line, I just pointed myself south-ish and hiked on until I stumbled across Notting Hill Gate and Portobello Market.  I bet I came to Portobello Market when I was here as a 17-year-old.

I recognized this art as connected to the egg installation at Gloucester Road as I was going down the escalator to the Tube platform.
