A Transport for London (TfL) staff member has come under criticism after being filmed speaking disrespectfully to a woman who was simply asking for directions at Stratford City Bus Station in London, UK.

In the video, a bystander steps in and challenges the staff member on his tone, calling his behaviour patronising and asking him to apologise.

The footage has since circulated online, raising concerns about how members of the public, especially vulnerable individuals, are treated when seeking help.
