spacetrash au where louis is collecting electronic components to try to repair his comm unit so he can talk to his family one day he gets caught stealing a part from the nasty mayor’s daughter he manages to speed off on his streetbike and hide in the alley where he startles niall who’s just trying to take out the trash from the cafe he works at louis flirts and convinces him to let louis give him a ride home in return for a free meal and niall is breathless and it feels natural to cling on tight

"You have to think of happy thoughts to keep yourself afloat and, to go faster, you must spread out your arms like mine are, sort of like an airplane, I suppose."
