Not a new OC, but I wanna talk about Nova (link goes to their Toyhouse page)

This is the only art I have of her redesign lol

uhhh for the sake of scrolling through my own stuff I’m gonna add a read more because it’s kinda long

They mainly work in the daycare, but also work odd jobs that none of the humans want to work / are too dangerous for humans to be hired / Fazbear doesn’t want to pay another person to do.

Nova handles drop off / pick up and also works as an attendant if the daycare is particularly busy. A common odd job that Nova does is that she’s a cashier at the Café by the daycare (and that would be where they are during the games. I need to design Ruined Nova ngl) or maintenance. Nova isn’t qualified for most of the jobs but since when did Fazbear care about that?

Nova’s specific candy, the “NovaDrop” candy, is a cough drop, nickname a “soothing candy” on the advertisements / posters. I’m also going to redesign all of the merch there would be for Nova too (the poster, the candy itself, a paper pal, and a stuffed animal for starters)

There’s no shattered Nova because you don’t need to get anything from her in the main game (although it’d be HILARIOUS if you could steal their hair and give it to Glam. Freddy). However, Ruined Nova exists. I imagine Cassie would duck into the blocked off café to hide and run into Nova. Not sure if Nova would be friendly or not, I don’t think whatever’s happening to the other animatronics would happen to them.

For ArtFright 2024, I decided to draw Nova as The Star tarot card. I’m a tarot user I had to do this prompt.

Unrelated, but I noticed that I’ve always made an OC for the previous teams I’ve been on after ArtFight on complete accident. In 2023 I was on Team Vampire and I made a half-vampire OC almost a year later (Dan Elipse) and in 2024 I was on Team Stardust and now have a space / star themed FNaF / Daycare Attendant OC.

Made a fake poster for my DCA OC! It essentially works like a cough drop (grape flavored). Also Nova will be on ArtFight so if y'all want to draw them, my AF username is the same as on Tumblr :)

So I wasn’t going to do this, but then we got a sketchbook for our birthday. These are mainly going to be featuring Nova, but they might have Sun and Moon in them too. Started late so I might not finish this month, but I want to finish it.

I tried to color it then decided I didn’t want to do that

Nova doesn’t have anything against Sun, he’s just a bit hyperactive for her tastes. Moon is much more calm, which she appreciates. Moon is holding a barrel btw, I just didn’t want to detail it.
