#sfawtde#dawtde#searching for a world that doesn't exist#destroying a world that doesn't exist#both have SO much potental for fun#derek being increably smart but dyslexic is always a trope i love#he's known for being smart and clever theres some evidence that he reads fast or is good with words but#consider...#hes good with cyphers and puzzles bc he already has trouble with langauge so he spent time learninf to recognize things#he could be minecraft smart but not good at school stuff#he types decently but a lot of dylsexics spend a lot of time getting really good at typing#even useing longer words and a more formal typing style#it could come from intentionally useing more formal langauge as an over-compensation to hide the disability that just became habit#or he wanted to pratice typing well#now avery...#avery struggles with his intellegence#he often misses subtle details#he gets frustrated espechally feeling like hes not smsrt enough#hes got a more casual typing style#he didnt even really try to solve the langauge bassed puzzles#so yeah.
