What to write?!

It still amazes me that I get new followers. I got two new ones this week. Hi, there. Anyway- nowaybackfic and I just finished reading Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell. You ALL should read it. It’s us, guys, and it’s awesome. It made me miss writing fic and miss updating but most of all, it made me miss falling in love with my characters and the world I created around them. STHHIK was such an amazing experience, I want to live that again but I just don’t have any stories or characters I am passionate about right now (perhaps having a high stress upper level management job with frequent travel and a two year old might have something to do with that…) Anyway- I miss you guys, I miss Dave, I miss writing. That’s pretty much it. Oh yeah- go to Amazon, search Fangirl, download it to your kindle app and thank me later. Xoxoxo- Sarah

Hi, Elizabeth from FFC here. It's only just been brought to my attention that you write Grohlkins fic - I now see that I owe you an apology. When I posted that photo ages ago it didn't occur to me that I was alienating a group of the community I love so much. It's not in integrity with the environment I hoped to create and write within and I am truly sorry to you and all Grohlkins writers. Hi Elizabeth, I was going to reply to your inbox on your other blog but my tendency to crap on meant it was going to be broken up into three pieces, so here goes. I really appreciate you taking the time to write me. This got very big very fast, and i'm sorry if this has brought unwanted and undeserved heat to your blog, as that was never the intention. I will always believe in a "it's for everyone" community vibe and that's what I was trying to get at when I put my two bobs in in the first place, but it appears a few things got lost in translation that day.  I'm glad that more and more writers have felt confident in sharing their work and themselves here in the last few years - that's what i'd always hoped for.

Keep doing the do that you do, and thanks again. xx

(Also, guys, I appreciate your show of support, but please don't harass FFC. It’s safe to say none of us want to create a huge divide in the fanbase. Dun fite.)
