Today is the first Sunday of May, so the first weigh in day that I'm skipping. It feels weird! It's hard to break that routine after weighing in weekly for almost 6 months. But it's also nice (ish) not to worry about it and focus on the success of having stuck to my workout goals this week! I bumped my intake up a little bit (1400-ish to 1500-1600) and there's a part of my brain that's still disorder-y telling me that I'll gain weight even though I know that would be super unlikely even if I was completely sedentary.
