tonight was very productive. i think i feel okay again.

so iirc the game plan i have at present (from the last psych i saw) for (hopefully) getting effective treatment for my PDD/MDD (as my meds aren't doing much of anything after 5 years) is trying one more medication, then, if that doesn't work, i have the potential to join the rTMS study which has really great potential and might also improve my other mental health issues
