JEFFREY?!? JACK?!?! IN THE SAME FILM?!!?

Having my Keanu Reeves John Wick moment rn and I read this series which changed everything for me so,, I would read it!
Beatles LOVE (3/3)
Here it is, my biggest piece I’ve done with the final four characters, the nowhere men! I can’t believe this amazing show will be closing tomorrow 😭. I’m glad I got to see it a couple times before it’s gone for good, and I was able to gift this print to the artists!
Solo Portraits:

Posted with permission from the lovely @iscahmckrae I make photosets sometimes while I’m waiting on her to write so I won’t peek til she tags me in and for some reason I just really like how this one came out with the muted greys and blues…
(Also, it is HILAROUS how long it took me to find a picture of Luke (this is not for a GG fanfic, he’s just a character faceclaim) where he isn’t very obviously staring besottedly at Lorelai they are just so cute it’s disgusting.)
Nowhere Men
I’m currently reading a comic/graphic novel series named “Nowhere Men” by Eric Stephenson, Nate Bellegarde and Jordie Bellaire and so far it really grabbed my attention. It is set in an alternative past/present/future where science became as popular as rock music (with the catch phrase “Science is the new Rock ‘n’ Roll”) due to four scientists who start of a Beatlemania-like hype for their profession. That being said it’s a rather complex but highly intriguing story that jumps back and forth in time and location. You don’t read this story you discover it.
Okay but now what I actually wanted to talk about: The characters of The Fab Four of science are based on real musicians in certain aspects of appereance and personality.
These are their characteristics as shown in volume 1. As you can see only one of them is based on one of the Beatles - Emerson Strange - who bears an obvious resemblance to John Lennon. Some of their personal information match with their real life counterpart while others are references to them in one way or another (Strange and Lennon are both born on October 9. and the names of their parents are a match).
Anyway then there is the character of Thomas Walker:
He is based on Syd Barret. And the sole reason I made this post is this adorable little easteregg I found in his character details:
Thanks for coming to my TED talk
