Here's a yoga push up or #chaturangadandasana as requested by the lovely @lotusyogajourney with a #stopdropandyoga sesh... my tail bone is a little high but this is about progress not perfection. The dealski with the yoga postures is to pay attention to alignment. Core engagement. Fluid breath. You can hear my ujai breath as I exhale back to #adhomukasvanasana or downward facing dog. Please notice how close the inner arms are to my side body. Elbows must kiss the ribs, stack on top of the wrists, and the hand placement is strategic to keep the heads of the shoulders in alignmentment. As always, lead with the heart.
