Which area of GTA 5 are you creating ?
Oh, I’m not recreating any area in particular. :) The world is just heavily inspired by GTA 5′s Los Santos and SoCal in general. You might see some some similarities here and there, but it’s not based on anything really.

I think you should keep the marina and fix it! Or make it a non-houseboat marina.

I've recently discovered resorts need to be near water (not sure if it's beach or any water), too improve their rating. So I guess that's my suggestion for filling the space lol :)

I love your lots. I’m using a bunch of your Verdant lots in this empty world I'm using to replicate west L.A. I just need to change the landscaping a bit with more palm trees and they are perfect.

Rainier is very business oriented. Stiane requires a more romantic oriented guy. Gavin in a lot of ways is ideal for her, though she tossed that right out. Coby is not exactly romance oriented, but he does get very into the moment, and when she is in his moment, he’s focused on her. So, she gets her attention from him.
I like Rainier, too.

Had an ask about my skeleton household. Thought I would make it public since you might want to know.
This is actually an oldie but goody by Esmerelda found here. The only thing I did was make the sims skin black because it annoyed me that you could see it if it’s white through the bones and I messed around with the recolor options of the body part in CAS. That’s it. Now you all can have a bonerific time. lol

Actually all 8 of them were getting ice cream but then half of them dropped the queue to discuss their political views with each other. I really should put them in my new hood because they are just hilarious.

Oops! Sorry about that. I can’t look at it too long either in this mode. Gives me motion sickness and ick. It’s one of the reasons I can’t play most 1st person mode games. :(

Love making unusual road systems and making them work. It’s tons more interesting than your typical grid pattern. And scarier the better. ;)
