While my best friend is in Ohio, we're gonna be working out everyday and eating healthy. He's beat me to it since he was in basic training and so he's helping me prep for basic :) Or to JUST live healthy.
Yesterday me, Jtin and Arianne biked and ran about two and half miles and then today I ran 1.43mi in my neighborhood. It isn't much but it'll get better. I'm not only trying to improve the distance, but the time.
My goal is to do 1.5mi in under 14mins, then I'll definitely be ready when I go to basic. So far my endurance has improved, thanks to Insanity.
Just bought a bunch of expensive fruits and yogurts and veggies to fill up my fridge. woooooooo.
