Dailola and the Daptones!
Dailola: Please meet our latest foster, Dapper id# 1901 (New Spirit Australian Shepherd Rescue)
Dapper: I just arrived in Williamsburg, Brooklyn yesterday morning. I must say it’s quite different than the south. As far as my fostermama can tell from the paperwork, I was in a shelter, vetted and fostered in Kentucky.
Dailola make adjusting to the big city less scary. I’ve noticed that I don’t get startled as much with everyday city noise even in just the 24 hours of being here.
I walk on leash pretty well alongside Dailola, considering I don’t think I ever knew what a leash was. Dailola tell me I’m going to meet the neighbors’ cat later. Wish me luck with that!
I’ve started eating and drinking. I was afraid to when I first arrived. I even fell asleep sitting up in the corner with my head on a table.
When we sat outside yesterday, I met lots of friendly people. I think I’m ready to relax a little bit.
Dailola and fostermama are getting me ready to find my furever home.
