This is actually a fic that has a plot too, one that I think works really well, but make no mistake, most of all, it is about the various ways in which Merlin can assert his dominance over every aspect of Arthur's life. I mean every. And Arthur comes to enjoy it, not that he had much of a choice.

Constipation can happen to anyone, and fortunately for Arthur he has a manservant who will help him administer a traditional enema. They're both new to such physical intimacy so there's awkwardness and need and the excitement of finally being with the person you've been pining for. If you just want a fairly normal bottom arthur fic I guess you could skip to the end where they get in bed, but tbh if you like anaI (and why wouldn’t you) then there's a lot to love in the entirety of this story.

Another canon era fic. Merlin uses his magic to secretly tease Arthur during a council meeting and it all becomes gradually more debauched. However, there's a sort of reassuring plot twist at the end that I think is better to know beforehand. (spoiler under strikethrough) Merlin and Arthur are actually together, Arthur knows about Merlin's magic, and with its help they engage in a consensual fantasy where Arthur is edged and humiliated during an imaginary council meeting. Good of me to be worried about consent issues after that first fic isn't it!

Well, people tend to forget things after they’ve been around of a long time, I mean, how many celebrities from the 1910s in general can you name?
I actually was in a little bit of a quandry about who to include as fashion icons, because so many of the icons who have gained fame and approval from white people have been entertainers- White people have always loved Black music and Black style. Elvis was going it long before Iggy Azalea ever appeared.
But, in the end, style and entertainment have always gone hand in hand, so it’s hard *not* to include a bunch of entertainers.
Do you know of any stories that really vindicate Uther, or at least make the reader sympathetic to his point of view? I actually found him really annoying in the series and his "Ygraine died because of magic" typical stories arc just isn't enough for me to like him. But fic authors are amazing, so I wondered what stories come to mind if one wants to jump down the rabbit hole of Uther Is An Amazing King. Thanks!

Hiya! Where in CN do you introduce Lily Maria? I remember reading that ‘verse and finding the scene where they tried and lost the baby (?) and Steve (?) putting away the baby things incredibly sad because they had been so hopeful. Hopefully I’m not mixing up my fics. But there have been posts recently about the baby and I’m like “What baby?!” Thanks!
Lily Maria is just sort of my headcanon for their happily ever after. Maybe post-IW or something. I haven’t written anything about her other than the Father’s Day ficlet, so she mostly exists in my head! Maybe at some point I’ll get around to writing more with her, but you know me and kidfic. We are, in the immortal words of Buffy, non-mixy things.
