"Little Lovers SHE SO GAME is a tabletop role-playing game for PlayStation released on September 2, 1999, by Nikkei Visual and NTT Publishing . It is a board game set in the world of the PC version of Little Lovers. Players select one of six unique heroines and, together with three friends—forming a group of four (with CPU characters filling in if there are fewer than four human players)—strive to win the heroine's heart over the course of three years of high school life, sometimes cooperating with one another and at other times trying to outmaneuver each other. The game features a total of approximately 30 hours of event scenes (roughly five hours per episode), with the artwork comprising over 10,000 individual illustrations. Scans from the fourth Final Fantasy III Perfect Guide book by NTT publishing of the Doga Clone and Unei clone enemies. The descriptions (via using online translators, I should stress, I am open to anyone willing to correct/translate this) seem to say that Xande created these clones, cells being involved in Unei’s case at least.

The book doesn’t appear to have dedicated descriptions for the Xande clones found in the World of Darkness, leaving it unclear if Xande himself made them or if the Cloud of Darkness was involved.
