Finished these two beauties recently! OF COURSE I had to buy them to had to my Beauty and the Beast collection... I swear someday I'll have my lil shrine set up haha I have AH-MAZ-ING art work, beautiful books, and FUN tchotchkes to display! Picked up some GREAT nerd haul yesterday!!! ▪️ First stop was @nuclearcomics . I wasn't necessarily looking for anything but I just wanted to surround myself with everything there and I'm SO HAPPY I did. My friend and I had a GREAT conversation with the owner, Kenny, about Batman in comics vs. movies, the good, the bad, and the WHAT THE HELL WERE THEY THINKING! It lead my friend to getting the comic The Killing Joke and INSISTED that I read it. Oh oh AND I got that sweeeeeeet vampire fangs pin from Nuclear Comics. It's made by @yesterdays.co ! Nuclear Comics carries a lot of their stuff! I was really excited to buy the fangs because as you see in the close up pic it goes so WELL with my boba Boba Fett pin that at got at Wondercon in 2019. SO excited for both pins! ▪️ After doing a few quick laps around @hottopic my friend insisted on buying me the Loki Pop Pez. I haven't made it completely apparent yet but Loki is MAH BOY! I love the fact that this is Loki from Thor: Ragnarok since that's my FAVORITE out of the MCU... and my son is happy for the Pez candy he thinks he's going to eat. 😅😆 ▪️ Lastly, I hit up good ol @target to get me a couple packs of Star Wars cards by @topps . Since I watched the last two Star Wars movies recently I have been on a CRAZY Star Wars kick... specifically anything Kylo Ren and/or Reylo!!! The "Journey to The Rise of Skywalker" packs includes scenes and characters from across all 3 trilogies: the originals, the bad ones, and the new ones.
