Look, a game: Nimbus!

As is simply put by the description on the IndieRoyale page:

"Nimbus is a unique combination of racing & puzzling. The player controls a craft with no means of directly propelling itself and needs to use whatever is scattered around the levels to acquire thrust and reach the goal."

Okay, I lied, it's not very simply put. Basically, you're a little floaty thing and you're floating around the world covered in some other stuff that makes floating easier, or harder.  Here's a video for your ever-so convenient convenience:
