Numby is the universe’s bestest, cutest, smartest Warp Trotter and Aventurine is its favorite human. (Topaz is a separate category altogether.) All Numby wants is to say thank you by giving gifts. Aventurine just awkwardly returns them to Topaz. Numby’s gifts are not enough! It isn’t fair!

Numby is, in its humble opinion, a very talented Warp Trotter. Topaz would have never adopted it if it wasn’t the bestest, cutest, smartest Warp Trotter there was. It takes pride in the fact and Topaz never fails to tell Numby how adorable and smart Numby is.

Numby puffs up with pride at the thought.

And because Numby is such a smart Warp Trotter, Numby takes in all the information around it and understands. As such, a few conclusions can be made.

Numby has a favorite human: Aventurine.

Topaz is in a whole separate category, of course. There is no comparison to Topaz. Everyone fails in comparison to Topaz and that is a “biased method of comparison and ruins your data analysis. It’s better to exclude it from the pool,” as Topaz often tells Numby.

So of all the humans (who are not Topaz), Numby’s favorite is Aventurine.

Admittedly, this partly has to do with the fact that Aventurine has the tastiest chips ever. He has so many of them that Numby is still sampling them all. The value of each one is a delightful treasure and the combination in which Aventurine hands them out is amazing.

Numby can find Aventurine anywhere as a result because those chips are sooooo good. Do not underestimate a Warp Trotter’s nose!

Besides, it’s just fair trade. Aventurine never fails to feed Numby treats, so Numby must always say thank you.

“It’s polite,” Topaz says.

And Topaz is always right.

So paying Aventurine back for all the tasty treats is just the smartest thing to do for the universe’s greatest and best Warp Trotter.

STATEMENT: Topaz's Stoneheart form would be extremely weak, far weaker than Aventurine's. Reasoning: Numby.

Evidence 1: Aventurine's Stoneheart form is very shiny

Evidence 2: Topaz's Cornerstone is of a similar making to Aventurine's, and is also quite shiny; it is also undamaged, unlike Aventurine's Cornerstone

Evidence 3: Based on Evidences 1 and 2, it is clear that Topaz's Stoneheart form would be EVEN SHINIER than Aventurine's

Evidence 4: Numby likes to eat shiny things, therefore Numby would try to eat Topaz and would be nibbling on any shiny part of her Stoneheart form, jumping all over her and generally being a nuisance, and not paying any mind to us or anything else that Topaz is fighting. Trotters are also known to be extremely nimble, so Topaz would be unable to neutralize Numby.

Conclusion: this is clearly canon.
