Thinking about Nurath, going from one organisation to another, being used again and again, trying to prove herself... Not realising that in doing so, people only see how useful she can be, rather than the proof of her being an equal to anything or anyone... "Inquisitor" is just a title, it holds about as much significance as that of "casteless" in the end.

Ykw? Nurath actually absolutely bolted out of the Inquisition the moment she could... Being Inquisitor brought her NOTHING, she didn't get ANY of the things she hoped from it, most people didn't even like her, her family got even WORSE because of it, and now they want her to after Solas? The guy who basically ruined her life and looked at her just like a noble dwarf would've? Well she'll be damned HE CAN GO FUCK HIMSELF

Thinking about Nurath's braid... She can't do them alone, for obvious reasons, which probably means her dad used to do them for her... So yeah that's probably part of why her hairstyle changes after he dies

And to keep up with the Nurath nightmare thing... I think the first person she mentions it to is Corym, who is unhelpful as ever and says like "if you were a mage you'd know how to guard those off, tee-hee". So she asks Leliana and I think she low-key answers "well I don't sleep that much" and Cullen passes by and says "ha, me too Lady Nightingale!", again, very unhelpful. And through convos Tenat and Josephine basically end up saying that they don't really have nightmares so they'll just go back to sleep- Which leads her to ask Blackwall and he's the only one who goes out of his way to give advice and ideas. Like he even makes her tea and shit. And the next day Nurath goes something like "thank you for last night" and he's like "oh no problem, did you sleep well afterwards?" And everyone is sort of side eyeing them lmao

Actually got thinking about Nurath yesterday (I was scared of getting nightmares), and yk how getting the orb for a dwarf means experiencing dreams for the first time? I think Nurath experienced nightmares first- Her life is so full of horrible and honestly traumatic experiences, she would relive that shit in jer dreams and sleep HORRIBLY the first few weeks-

The Inquisithree situation is especially messed up because like- I'll say "Inquisitors Lore/Stuff", but actually Nurath is the Inquisitor, Tenat is the Herald Of Andraste and Corym is- ...Corym.
