Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/3 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/3 cup Nutella. 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Spread half of the cookie dough into a greased 10-inch skillet. Drop spoonfuls of Nutella onto the dough in the skillet, spreading it out evenly. Add the remaining cookie dough on top, and gently press it down to cover the Nutella layer. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top of the cookie dough. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy the warm and gooey Nutella Stuffed Skillet Cookie!
