how long is this transition going to last?

I need community, I need land, I need building materials. there is work to do, and being depressed and working for the supply chain accomplishes nothing. I need to grow things, educate people, spread mycelium over every inch of the soil. I need to work with likeminded people to create something new that can grow and create abundance.

I'm so tired of talking to people in their 20s and 30s that understand we're going through a paradigm shift, that things need to change... they're so close... and then ruin it with "what am I gonna do?" or "gotta mine cryto!"

I don't give a fuck about cryptocurrency.

I don't give a fuck about stonks.

I'm uninterested in hearing apathetic rationalizations excusing inaction.

I want wat every human wants intrinsically : a loving community, safety, food medicine and resource abundance. to network with my environment, carefully crafted and designed from beautiful shapes, structures, plants, forests, flowing water and life of all kinds.

I have outgrown the idea of plugging into the grid and hoping for the best.

I don't think that's even a practical option at this point.

but don't be so quick to condemn new perspectives;

what has been isn't neccesarily what is good for us

(when someone says cardi b is teaching our girls to be hoes, I hear "I don't understand cultural evolution, and my preconceived notions of the world are threatened by a change in the status quo of gender roles")

metaprogramming in the jungle

have been inhabiting what i call a very low-signal environment. haven't been on the internet in a solid month, and my mental health has never been better. i've barely been listening to music, i've been reading much less than usual, i've been chilling by a waterfall and staring at the ocean a lot. and something amazing has been happening: all the signals that got filtered out of my reality-tunnel the first time are bubbling up from my unconscious to my conscious mind. i'm remembering things 'i've' blotted from memory, like being taught to fear sex and death by the catholic church, like being taught to identify as a victim in this world by my parents, like being taught to crave validation from authority figures from the educational system. memories of fear, guilt, and shame and re-surfacing and i am now equipped to integrate them, re-assign their place in my quantum filing cabinet, and take away their power over 'me'. i've been systematically rooting through my giant unconscious junk drawer and have been appalled at the disgusting opinions/attitudes/beliefs/fears planted there by "civilization" and the principal programmers of my childhood. now that i am not using a large portion of my computing power on processing new (mostly anxiety causing) data, i've been able to get a good look at this junk drawer, and i'm meticulously sorting through it, and CAREFULLY throwing out a lot of programs, replacing them with healthier ones. i'm tapping into my reserve of latent happiness more than ever before. i've made a lot of progress and making more progress is going to get easier and easier. my brain is working better than ever. i seem to have programmed myself out of depression entirely for the time being. i no longer have any wish to die. a deep anxiety that has existed at the core of my consciousness as far back as 'I' can remember has been knocked down considerably, and 'it' knows that 'I' am going to kill it soon, leading to the birth of something new and better. 'I' have taken enough steps back from my reality-tunnel to step out of 'my' own way, and i can see more clearly than ever before. it's all onward and upward from here.

What is the point and who are you really?

from what I know so far, the point seems to be A) to enjoy yourself B) to grow your soul in various ways , including C) learning lessons. who am I? is a question I'm still figuring out, I'm going to take my time. I know that I'm here to love and help people, learn and educate, subvert and open perspectives, work with GAIA, and BE EXPRESSIVE AND CURIOUS

found an unexpected ground polypore mushroom today walking downtown!

pretty sure this is Reishi, Ganoderma lucidum though according to a reference "globally, the taxonomy of Ganoderma species is chaotic, and the taxon name Ganoderma lucidum has been used for most laccate (shiny) Ganoderma species." definitely a Ganoderma species with medicinal qualities though! gonna try to clone it.
