Back on track after nearly a month of illness and lack of routine.
According to my human design chart, I am a cold thirst digestion. Honest to fuck it makes so much sense to me. it my also explain my weird trait of standing with the fridge door open to eat and wanting cold ass water even in winter 😂
I have been trying to eat more in accordance with that.
I am letting my cooked food cool to room temperature or even cooler. I am eating more ‘from the fridge’ food.
I am also increasing my iron rich foods but trying to do so without adding more red meat. But with things like kale, I am stir frying it to minimise heat but make it a little easier to digest and prevent bloating. It’s like smoothies, I love them coz they’re cold and full of fruit but I swell up like a moon with them coz raw doesn’t like me.
I have also stopped iron supplements and switched them out for green algae, so a plant based iron. I am hoping this with added greens and more veg in general coupled with vitamin c based drinks and foods, this will get my levels back up. Clearly iron supplements have not worked and having starting reading medical mediums work, I understand why.
