Big slip off the wagon this weekend. Had course dinner and drinks at a tapas place and just went to town without any guilt which was great. Felt crappy the next day with probably a combination of alcohol hangover and lactose sensitivity issues. Not helped by drinking again last night (at least this time it was more paleo appropriate drinks).
Then today for no reason I ate lots of milk chocolate and a cheese scone. Feel pretty physically crap and like it was a problem day.
Also sleep was all messed up by these shenanigans. Tomorrow is a long day at work. Not looking forward to it.
Tomorrow I want to go back to strict and chalk this up as a hiccup.
Having surgery on Tuesday, think I am not coping the best with that. Didnt bother going to the gym today because a) felt crappy, and b) felt like there was no point when I am about to be unable to train for 4-6 weeks, so what's one more missed training session.
