Enjoy a delicious mix of chocolate and peanut butter, with the crunch of Nutter Butter cookies in every bite. This fudge is fun to make and everyone loves it. It's a great treat for any event.
Ingredients: 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups crushed Nutter Butter cookies.
Instructions: Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8-inch square baking pan, leaving some overhang on the sides to make it easy to take off later. Put the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Stir the mixture every 30 seconds in the microwave until it is smooth and all melted. The creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract should be mixed in well. Don't add all of the crushed Nutter Butter cookies at once; save a few to top it with. Put the fudge mix into the pan that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. Put the crushed Nutter Butter cookies that you saved on top of the fudge and press them into the mixture just a bit. Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it's set. When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan. Enjoy the fudge by cutting it into squares.
