The dastardly Mr. Wilford has arrived!!! THRILLED to see EMMY winner Sean Bean join SNOWPIERCER Series 2 in such a pivotal role. I liked the original Korean film & Series 1 was definitely a ride, so this is a GREAT continuance of story I look forward to seeing. Thinking about blogging each episode!

New York Comic Con reveals list for exhibitors,guests and panels....
A majority of the panels are virtual so that's good news for those of us,who purchased the "Metaverse Superfan" or "Digital" and will be watching from home.

Funko Will Not Be At NYCC and Announces New Virtual Con Event Instead‼
It looks like Funko has pulled a zinger and announced that they will not be at the physical NYCC event but a virtual con is on the way
This will open the floodgates for other vendors to bail as well.

NYC Mayor 🤡 stopped updating the daily infection rate and all citizen app displays is "1% slowly rising".
I'm guessing our infection rate is high among the fully vaccinated, partially vaccinated and unvaccinated,a recipe for disaster.
Funko did the right thing,better to continue their visual convention which did very well for them last year, as well as their small in-person FunKon at the Hollywood store.
Now suppose they have an employee or employees who medically can not get this shot,with NYC stringent rules,regulations and restrictions they might have felt some kind of way of having to make a decision to leave them behind and excluding them.
If they had the option of Fully Vaccinated Papers or COVID-19 testing like some events are doing,this might have turned out differently.
I don't expect DC to have a booth there as well,with yesterday's announcement of DC FANDOME..."All Fans Are Welcome"‼
That slogan is throwing some shade at NYCC for excluding (segregating) a nice chunk of their attendees and this is not a good look for a company that is all about diversity and everyone is welcomed at New York Comic Con.
They probably purchased all the badges returned after they announced "Vaccinated Only" from Lyte and reselling them tomorrow, Funkos announcement couldn't have come at a worst time,but hey.....there still is John Cena.😏

But, only if you are "fan verified" from 2019,responded to the 'update your info' email last month.
With jittery fingers waiting to hit the link at 10:00am sharp,the anticipation and anxiety was high (not for me,since I purchased the Superfan membership but needed another Saturday badge) and you could feel it in the air if you were going back and forth on social media getting updates as you watched the 'spinning wheels' with no end in sight.
You was able to purchase the 4-Day digital event for $20.00 as well,this includes live video panels stream during the event for the "Main Stage" panels,audio streams for the smaller rooms and access to purchase NYCC exclusive merchandise but be forewarned that last year's (pandemic) merchandise took months to be delivered, with folks not getting any reply from vendors almost five months out (September).
As someone who has not traveled (for a vacation) or gone anywhere for entertainment,except to see two movies in the theaters.
This will be my "Nerdy Vacation" and I'm looking forward to it.
