On May 12, 2016, the construction crew used a crane in front of our building without permits. It’s a good thing that cranes never go awry in NYC. Do you know how they thwarted the Department of Buildings? They did this at 8 a.m. DOB doesn’t open until 9 a.m. How will they ever catch these wily developers??!!
