I am here to promote Natural Healthy Lifestyles, I am a Newly found vegan aswell as a first time mother so i will also be addressing Mother hood. Ive been getting inquiries from women asking me how i got back into shape after child birth, new moms have questions about labor, how to not fall into depression, questions about breast feeding, not only moms, but women without kids hit me up for relationship advice, self esteem, life advice and much more.
