There are only so many times one man can
threaten a country
float a deal
reverse himself
and send oil and stocks flying
before people stop calling it chaos and start calling it a pattern.
And once it’s a pattern, people are going to ask the obvious question.
Is this reckless government by impulse and ego?
Or is instability the point?
On Monday, Trump said there had been “productive” talks with Iran and delayed strikes on Iranian energy infrastructure for five days.
Oil dropped hard.
Stocks rallied.
Then Iran said there had been no talks at all.
The market moved first.
Reality showed up later.
Again.
From tariffs to Greenland to Venezuela to Iran, the same market-moving cycle keeps repeating and truth keeps showing up late.
How the govt has historically operated ...
THIS IS FINE

When Melania rang the opening bell at the NY Stock Exchange today, the crowd barely noticed and had to be forced to applaud by her staff, who reportedly told everyone, "If you don't clap we'll force you to see her movie"
