Me:
I swear I've got more exercise walking back and forth from my desk to the couch during lockdown than I normally do. I just wish my job didn't require an additional screen though because it does get annoying....
Plus the fact as the only really single person without kids to worry about on our team I probably hover more than I should do on my outlook.
Me : *suffering with massive headaches for the past five weeks but still working* 😵
My colleague whose done fuck all but put her work in the deleted items half the day: I've got a migraine sorry I won't be working this afternoon
Me: are you fucking kidding me?! 😤
Im in a lockdown, the store is out of our toilet paper, it is still being made, there’s a purchase limit put on by the supermarkets, everyone is stocking up so much that people like myself (disabled and relying on grocery delivery offered only by one store) cannot get our needs, so we buy double some items since we don’t know what will disappear next, items that have been around in bulk for years are suddenly completely out of stock everywhere, pet food is limited to 6!, painkillers like paracetamol are limited to just 1. I really hope this gets under control fast and lockdown ends or this is going to be a nightmare. Can’t even get our usual bread, and all other bread contains a large amount of soy which me and my mum are allergic to.
i can’t wait for this lockdown to be over. not so i can go out and talk to people but just so i can get the house to myself and self isolate.
day 6 of lockdown and here’s how it’s going :
first day in and we had a family meeting and 6 days down the line a lot of it has gone to shit
played so many games of sequence
mum set off the fire alarm
watched shrek
hibernated for like a whole day
I’ve started dry coughing and there has been places of interest for COVID that I have been in contact with so that’s a bit worrisome
my neck has started bleeding and it’s like a new bump or mole so I have to check it out just in case it’s cancer
There was a teacher only day personality quiz that my mum wanted me to do and now we’ve been using it to tease each other.
Made bibimbap
Had boil up and honestly it was so good. We’ve had so many soups.
Honestly I’ve been writing a couple stories and a new social media au that I’ll post tomorrow. I’m just deciding on whether I should update.
My cousin and I won our family quiz and we have another one in two days.
My mum fell for a spam email last night and my brother and I have been giving her shit about it. She brought an ‘Amazon $90 Mystery Box’
We were supposed to have a project for over 3 days but we all finished them within a day.
Another cousin of mine has been saying the weirdest shit and believes he is the next ‘Māori messiah’ like sit down and drink your cordial bro.
I’ve currently got a clay mask on my face and I’m gonna have a shower
"so many people at the supermarket last night panic buying, i cant believe it" babe....what were YOU doing at the supermarket 👀
It's lockdown. Idk when. 6 weeks or so.
Haven't done much sewing recently due to the whole running out of thread but I am determined that it's not being abandoned
Today we found out that the country is loosening restrictions again in a couple days so we get to go back to school next week which will be great and I get to hug my friends again <3
Speaking of going back to school I no longer have a place to board so I'm moving into a flat with a couple of friends which is gonna be absolutely fanTASTIC because I love them SO much and I miss them terribly
