Watching the splashdown livestream, and being emotional about it. There's over a million of us here. There's too many flags to count, all over the world. The entire world has united over space and these four humans doing a fly around the moon. People keep repeating "godspeed, Artemis". We're choosing Earth. We're choosing each other.

Arin and Sora drag Lloyd along to visit the Crossroads. They see the local flower shop is have a two-for-one deal on roses and lilies. They go check it out. The florist steps out from the back to greet new customers. Lloyd and the florist stop short when they lay eyes on each other.

what if Splinter assumed the turtles' ages based on their heights?

Like, imagine with me: Raph is the tallest, so Splinter assumes he's the oldest, and then it goes down the line in order of Leo & Donnie and then Mikey. No one questions it. They all assume this is correct.

Donnie & Leo are raised as twins. They have a bond unlike the rest of their brothers because of it. They've lived their entire lives as two halves of one soul. Raph is raised as the eldest. Mikey is the youngest.

BUT THEN: they learn from Draxum that LEO was from an earlier batch of selected turtles (the others died but Leo survived), that it's RAPH and Donnie who are actually the same age, and Mikey is the youngest. Therefore, Raph and Donnie are actually twins and Leo is actually the oldest (biologically). Cue exploration of identity & raised as twins bond vs biologically twins bond. Draxum tells them post-invasion, so Leo's already the leader and everyone is still tryna recover from the Kraang.

Casey Junior mentions knowing about this because future Draxum told him this (but F!Draxum has more emotional connection to the boys and therefore didn't have the heart to tell the future turtles). He also mentions that, despite not being born as twins, F!Leo and F!Donnie were twins in every way that mattered.

Anyway yeah
