Today's workout is history! The water owes me nothing! Today we were doing lunges and a moment of EXTREME gratitude came over me. See when I first started this I could not do a line in the water. My balance was ummm....didn't really exist and I was in shock as to how out of shape I was. Strength and grace to trust the process works for our good. The challenge is most of us aren't patient with the process or commit to ourselves long enough. I can say that because I've been there and work through it EVERY DAY! So as long as God gives me breath in my body, and a sound mind to share, I'll encourage others with what I KNOW and continue to learn. So we had these to popped up in the #garden. The #tomatoes grew slow and we waited a while for them to get color, but viola they're here now!!! Ummm now what shall I #cook with these?
