Hello everyone!

I'm want to write a demon slayer fanfic because why not! It's going to be about the Hashira in a modern universe, more specificly ObiMitsu!! And with the center or 'main character' being Kanroji because I love her. And my amazing cool idea is that their all in a martial arts club in collage, which I'm honestly suprised I have not see more of it lol. Id you guys have any prompt ideas or anything I'd love to hear them and try to incorperate them into my fic!!!

I find it so amazing how mitsuri and obanai were practically made for each other. Due to obanai's past he grew up afraid of women but mitsuri made him feel normal in a sense? Like, she was the first woman to treat him normally iygwim. and mitsuri grew up always wanting a husband but never could because according to her village she didn't fit the conventional beauty standards so she grew up thinking that no one would want her and she would have to fake a personality to get someone but with obanai it was different. he liked her for HER. he was one the first people to like her true personality. i just find that so beautiful.

MitsuObi: Friends With Benfits (HC)

Okay, so:

Mitsuhide and Obi shares a night of "passionate hugging" after a few drinks and a talk about unrequited/hopeless love (Obi loving Shirayuki but can't be with her. Mitsuhide having complicated feelings about Kiki and is uncertain about how to act with her.)

No one really knows who started it (probably Obi), but they find themselves moving closer to each other.

They kiss. They make out. They touch each other slightly.

Mitsuhide hesitates about going further though. He's worried about it complicating their friendship.

Thoughts like "Is this him using Obi?" is stuck in his head. He's not comfortable with that thought.

Obi comforts/encourages him though that it's just them helping each other out. As long as both are in on it, then there's no problem.

He also mentions that he can keep his shirt on, if Mitsuhide prefers that. It might not be much fun playing with a guy's chest. Besides, his scars are rather "ugly".

Mitsuhide argues against that imidiately.

The whole process is slow and a bit awkward, but also very tender and sweet.

Mitsuhide is gentle, determined to not hurt Obi or bring discomfort to him.

Obi does laugh a bit and tell him that he's "not made of glass", yet Mitsuhide keeps touching him like he's fragile. He won't treat him roughly. That makes the whole thing feel more intimate that Obi expected it to.

They don't really talk about it afterward.

At least not until they somehow end up kissing inside one of their rooms a second time.

This then kind of develops into them becoming "friends with benefits", finding themselves searching each other out and spending more of their nights together. This in turn eventually grows into something more fond and they end up developing some complicated, romantic feelings for each other.

And of course neither of them is going to mention said romantic feelings for a while (even though most of the others have noticed something between the two of them.)
