Motherwort
Motherwort is common in large parts of the Cyrodiilic wilderness. It is tall but unremarkable in looks. It's color varies between bright and a pale, almost gray, green, usually depending on where it grows: colder environments meaning pale coloring. Experiments where a pale plant from outside Bruma was moved into a greenhouse and changed to a more vibrant green proved that the motherwort is affected by its environment, but when as a follow up it was placed in cooled room, it did not pale again. It did however regain its original paleness when replanted outside, in an environment similar to where it was first dug up.
Thus, color is most likely more related to what the plant's immediate envirenment looks like than temperature, and the fact that pale plants usually grow in cold environments is because the surroundings are more likely to be pale as well and thus they blend in better.
This property can be refined from the motherwort by skilled alchemists, to make potions that make the drinker blend in completely with their environments, becoming practically invisible.
More common uses of motherwort include as an addition to food and drinks, mostly by nobles and those who may fear poisonings or in medicine as a sedative. No matter the use, it must be carefully dosed lest it leads to long term fatigue or paralysation of the vocal chords.

Morning Glory
Morning glory is common in gardens throughout Cyrodiil, though in the northernmost parts, the roots need to be protected from the cold during winter, either by putting insulation over them (preferably their own vines, which do provide some natural alchemical protection against frost), or in the far north, by growing them in pots and bringing inside while there's risk for frost. Naturally, this extra risk and work means that in the northern parts of Cyrodiil, morning glory is almost only grown by dedicated botanists. In the wild, it is abundant in the area between Kvatch and Skingrad and common along a band to the north east from there, up to Cheydinhal.

Years and years ago I used to draw a lot while playing Oblivion, first landscapes but then I started on a flora, writen in universe by my then current character as she travelled. I'm not really a writer and the drawings are pretty old, but well. I drew a few and wrote for a few more and maybe I'll post some more at some point if I can clean them up.
The flower and leaf are not any actual morning glory, but based on Convolvulus dahuricus which grows wild here, including in my garden, but the flower is painted blue instead of light pink.
As of now the flowers are at their loudest
