My favorite part of this movie is in this scene but the people of the internet seem to completely over look it so I'll explain. Graves (who SPOILERS! Is actually Grindelwald) makes a subtle mistake "So it's useless without the host." Newt picks up on this right away, "Useless? Useless. That is a parasitic magical entity that killed a child. What on earth would you possible use it for." Tina immediately realizes that Newts right and that Graves has just revealed his true intentions. And Graves, realizing he done messed up, is all like kill them both they're traitors blah blah.
About that ending… Here’s a theory on what it really means.
