Finally, her current Commander outfit is complete.

Wait, I know exactly how Sebb dies to Apyl.

Sebb, fearing for his life, tries to reason with a feral Apyl. He goes on some unhinged rant about how if she stops now, they can leave together and be together forever.

Apyl stops attacking and it looks like she's considering what he's saying.

Sebb thinks its working, until she grabs him by the throat nad lifts him in the air. There is an awful cracking noise as her jaw unhinges to open unnaturally wide.

Apyl growls out a rather garbled "ToGEtHeR foReVEr." Releases her grip and her mouth snaps shut. She swallowed him whole.

She coughs up his headset and amalgam ooze like a hairball and passes out.

There is a long debate on who gets to tell her what she did as she won't remember right away when she comes around.

Fun Apyl fact:

Her necromantic skills outside of being a reaper are pretty mediocre. Her true strength lies in her brute strength and ability to drain life force from every living thing around her.

She also has enhanced ice magic thanks to the shard of jormag lodged in her left eye.

Good morning. Today I need to tell you silly fluffy headcanons of Vloxx taking Apyl back to her homestead island, post-Sebb experimentation.

Firstly, I realised she would be naked up top as Sebb had her chest cracked open. I doubt he cared enough to put her in a hospital gown for modesty (side note, I think the reaper shroud stitched her back together or it would defy the point of it reacting to her distress). Vloxx however, I see as more of a gentleman. He'd likely take his own shirt off and tie it around her so she would feel less exposed.

She conjures her doorway and he helps he to her house. He stays with her for a bit to make sure she gets settled. Microwaves them some instant Kaineng noodles she's got stashed in the kitchen cupboard.

He can't stay too long or people will wonder where he is. Apyl is understandably scared of being alone. She's paranoid Sebb has put a tracker or something inside of her and he'll come find her and drag her back to his lab. Vloxx reassures her he'll ask Sebb personally about that. Its not unusual for him to question Sebb after a specimen breaks out and goes on a rampage.

He'll be right there with her over comms, and even offers to essentially hack her jade bot so that he can watch over her like a security camera to make sure she's safe. He has access to her home waypoint now so he can be right there if she really needs him.

So that last part above is deliberately double edged. It seems sweet on the surface, but as we don't let know how genuine Vloxx is about not being the Commander's enemy, it could easily be read as very sinister. He's constantly monitoring Apyl now and she's let him into her home. This could very quickly come back to bite her if he turns around and betrays her later in the story. For now though, I can just enjoy them being cute together :>.

I'm wondering if the power of Apyl's feral reaper shroud is tied to how much life force she can accumulate. Apyl can already drain life force from things around her if she needs to, be it plants animals and people.

I also see her switching to all fours, like an animal. The deeper she falls into this mode, she starts sucking in life force around her to maintain the shroud.

I also toyed with the idea of her growing a viney tail that holds the scythe, or it just outright merges with the scythe. But idk, undecided.
