Decided that Whisper, Beatrix's first Childe, the prodigal daughter, 100 percent betrays her and nearly diablerizes her. Its part jealousy and part hunger and part ambition, which is fitting because Beatrix actively preaches that ambition is a human trait and should be avoided by Cainites.
Probably happens when Beatrix goes to the arctic circle to check up on Whispers work in a town there.
"I wish that I could say/that I'm not the jealous type/but you're Caesar, and I'm Brutus/minus that part with the knife" kind of beat.
The mental image of Beatrix, proud of her Childe, being welcomed into Whisper's house, embracing her, and then the stake chunks through her sternum and out her back... its like some inversion of the binding of Isaac, in which Whisper DOES try to follow through. The Childe strikes the Mother to get closer to Caine and God.
🏝️ it’s about perfect time to eat some fruit, right?

So I saw that you have an oc named Beatrix/Trix with the element of pain and I was wondering what does....what does the element of pain do??? Like, super curious about that.
I might switch the element over to Dawn, another one of my ocs- equally low chance of me writing anything for them, so I'll give you the run down.
Basically, the idea was that the element of pain would allow the holder to transfer injury from themselves to someone else, or vice versa. Theoretically meaning, they could act as a conduit to transfer pain between two separate people, divide a lethal injury between two parties making it non lethal, or hurt themselves in order to transfer the injury to someone else. I think the idea was that this was easier the closer range she got- physical contact making things quickest and easiest. There were plenty of other ideas. That they would be able to manifest blanket feelings of pain without a source injury if they tap into their true potential, that given enough control they could just straight heal wounds instead of transferring them. My idea for a potential Trix storyline was that she would need to master her powers in order to heal some sort of injury of nature. A mystically important tree, or magical life source, or something.
No idea if I'll ever actually use this idea, but I would theoretically like to. I've got a lot of random story beats in mind.
