Here is Shellby! Shellby is a sea bunny esc sinner died in the 1980s in her early 20s due to drowning.

In hell Shellby is a assistant to Velvette. She dreams that one day Velvette will let her be in one of her fashion shows, however Velvette mainly sees her as another nerd to push around.

Shellby, unlike a Volt, actually maintains support outside of the vees, that being Cherri Bomb! They met at a club one night and since then the two have been in a will they won't they relationship. However Shellby will admit that she feels butterflies in her stomach when Cherri Bomb compliments her appearance, she's the only one who has truly called her beautiful.
