On August 25, 2022, Saskatchewan conducted new rounds of invitations in the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). In the Express Entry category, Saskatchewan issued 295 ITAs. Another 334 invitations were issued to the Occupations In-Demand category candidates. The lowest score in both categories was 65 points, 2 points fewer than it was in the previous draw. All invited candidates had Educational Credential Assessments. In this draw, Saskatchewan invited candidates under 10 different NOCs. This year, Saskatchewan has already invited 5,551 candidates.

Following Ottawa, Saskatchewan introduced bonus points for French On November 24, 2020, the government of Saskatchewan presented changes in the points grid of the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). Effective now and following a similar initiative of the federal government in the Express Entry system, SINP will grant additional points for candidates who speak both English and French in the International Skilled Worker: Saskatchewan Express Entry and the International Skilled Worker: Occupations In-Demand categories. Bilingual candidates may get up to additional 10 points. CLB 8 and higher in both languages will result in 30 points in the SINP. OINP held a new round in the Human Capital Priorities Stream On August 26, 2020, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) held a new round of invitations in the Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream. In this draw, OINP distributed 703 targeted Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to candidates who possess one year or more of foreign work experience in one of the in-demand occupations. The score range of those candidates was 466-475 points. All invited candidates work in one of the nine following occupations: • NOC 0111 – Financial managers • NOC 0124 – Advertising, marketing and public relations managers • NOC 0601 – Corporate sales managers • NOC 1111 – Financial auditors and accountants • NOC 1114 – Other financial officers • NOC 1122 – Professional occupations in business management consulting • NOC 3012 – Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses • NOC 3124 – Allied primary health practitioners • NOC 3132 – Dietitians and nutritionists In total, Ontario invited 10,415 candidates in the OINP in 2020. Saskatchewan conducted a new draw in the SINP On August 14, 2020, Saskatchewan conducted a new draw in the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). The province issued invitations to apply for the provincial nomination to 533 candidates. In the Express Entry category, SINP issued 286 invitations to apply. In the Occupations In-Demand category, Saskatchewan invited 247 candidates. The lowest score in both categories was 69 points, one point fewer compared to the July 29 draw. All invited candidates had Educational Credential Assessments. In this invitation round, Saskatchewan invited candidates in 46 different NOCs. In total, Saskatchewan issued ITAs to 3,371 candidates in 2020.
