So, Ocean Flames. (Or in which the author has too much time on their hands.)
So, this refused to leave my head, at all after exocara ‘s post about possible Ocean flames, so thus after some admittedly half-assed research, I feel slightly confident in my choices.
Here we are!
The Wave that covers your sin and takes it away,
The Current that always pushes you forward,
The Whirlpool that will circle and entrap your enemies with it’s fury,
The Seabed that stays ever stead and always there,
The Moon, though ever distant, that will light the way when needed,
The Wind that will come and go as it pleases, never seen by the enemies,
And the generous Ocean that consumes them all happily.
And I even picked colors for them all!

((Yes, they are all based around either blue or green, except Ocean Flames which was inspired by a certain marshmallow villain. >_>))
Now, Abilities! And for those who like Inverse personalities.
Wave- just like how a wave erases your hard built sand castles by covering it with a crash, so too do Wave Flames! They mostly use hearing to effect a person, whether to calm them or destroy them, though they pack a punch when you least expect it.
Personalities- either very gentle with a beast inside, or the beast is always out with a gentle core.
Current- Very forceful; it mostly involves pushing and pulling objects, water is the best, though you can come up with other things as well.
Personalities- either bossy or ‘go with the flow’ kind of people.
Whirlpool- Like the trap experts of the flame world, they usually revolve around using circles, as the flames they use twists and turns, creating vacuums and vortexes.
Personalities- Very sneaky yet extremely emotional, or very blatant and confusing.
Seabed- it is balance, perfect and complete. it can shift and move, but will just come out different in looks and even more dangerous then before. Manipulation of balance for the win!
Personalities- steadfast and manipulative or cruel and cautious. (Note: though once either type is loyal, you got someone who would be with you anywhere.)
Moon- it’s the attracting element, which means it can mess with your body in anyway it wants, making it the healer of the group.
Personalities- either the calm, cool, and composed or the devilishly charming and seductive.
Wind- And this is the one I decided was the illusion element, that which is always unseen, only heard in the dead of night when one is all alone. This element actually uses your other five senses to trick you instead of sight, which just makes for interesting opportunities.
Personalities- either like the quiet shy type or the loud and wandlerlust kind of person.
Ocean- This was hard for me at first, before I realized; it’s all consuming and absorbing, so thus it takes in all. So this one is energy, the absorption and giving of it. Terrifying if you consider the possibilities, isn’t it?
Personalities- either very generous and helpful, or cold and fierce.
So there is that. And I know people are going to question my choices, and probably pick everything apart, but I had fun doing this and I won’t let anyone take that away.
(And for those saying that Moon should be with Sky, well, it isn’t so it’s free game. Besides, it has more power with the Ocean then it would ever have with the Sky... And come on, how could I miss the opportunity for a Blue Moon?)

Ah I just realized how bad my wording was in those last 2 asks. I meant to say that that was my personal headcanon! I definitely don't expect any people to share it or use it as a reason to not try making ocean flames.
They did?? whoa! I thought I made it clear in one ask that until Amano-specifically said something about ocean flames, that ‘Ocean Flames = Mare Rings = Millefiore Flames’ is similar to ‘Made-up Ocean, Earth, and Sky flames’ in some way: They’re just both theories. All of us can spring proof but almost all of them are influenced by our interpretation - difference in interpretation may lead to conflict but in the end the two aforementioned theories are not canon.
Therefore, I think, making a made-up Ocean Flame doesn’t break canon - just be sure to stick to the rules like making a a type of flame equivalent to it’s Sky and Earth counterpart and stick to the theme! If you’re making Ocean Flames the names should be themed according to bodies of water since Earth is named from bodies of land.
Don’t worry Ace! We all have headcanons; I just try not to debate with people in a matter which is full of uncertainty and lacks the appropriate details to reach a conclusion we can all agree on.
I also have my own headcanon of the matter, that making Ocean Flames is plausible. But it’s just my headcanon - it’s just the opinion of a person who doesn’t even contribute much to the society and dwells in the confinements of her room 24/7. I certainly have no right to dictate that Ocean Flames is plausible or the Millefiore uses Ocean Flames already theory is bullshit.
Bottom line: We’re not Amano-sensei who left us with the predicament of fumbling over facts and clues that are probably non-existent just so we could prove our individual headcanons. We cannot dictate the validity of our headcanons in canon unless we have some definite proof. In fact, the reason why we have headcanons in the first place is because the series ended with a lot of plot holes and inconsistencies. This is CHAOS!!
